The department of Radiology strives to provide efficient and effective imaging services 24 hours a day. These services are provided to inpatient and outpatient neonates, pediatrics and adults.
Specific services include general diagnostic radiology, mammography, computerized tomography (CT), nuclear medicine, bone densitometry, ultrasound (Ob/Gyn, Abdominal, Vascular, and Cardiovascular), and includes procedures that require the usage of nonionic contrast media.
Specific focuses of the department include patient preparation and awareness and the performance of procedures using established protocol.
