Lake Charles, La. (December 28, 2011) - Women & Children’s Hospital (WCH) will host their next free Healthy Woman event on Thursday, January 5 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Lake Charles Country Club located at 3350 Country Club Road.

The topic for this event is Start the New Year off Right featuring guest instructors Daniel Gonzalez of Latin Moves by Daniel, Faren White and Raegan Ferrington of Lake Charles Zumba and Allie Ieyoub of Project Fit. Door prizes and refreshments will be served following the program. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and the program begins at 5:45 p.m. Attendees are encouraged to wear exercise attire. Women ages 25 and up are encouraged to attend.
