Dr. Keith Chung and Dr. Richard Shimer to speak on surgical weight loss options

Lake Charles, La. (March 8, 2012) – Women & Children's Hospital (WCH) will host their next two free surgical weight loss seminars on Wednesday, March 14 and Monday, March 19 in the WCH First Floor Classroom at 4200 Nelson Rd., located next to the main entrance of the hospital.

The first seminar will be presented by board-certified bariatric and general surgeon Keith Chung, M.D. on Wednesday, March 14 at 6:00 p.m. The second seminar is set for Monday, March 19 at 6:00 p.m. with board-certified bariatric and general surgeon Richard Shimer, M.D. Each session will provide an overview and answer questions regarding the three surgical weight loss procedures offered at WCH, a designated Bariatric Surgery Center of Excellence.
