Support Groups are an important tool to help you achieve weight loss and a healthy lifestyle.  Our goal is to provide you with information and motivation while you spend time with other patients who share similar experiences.  A variety of healthcare professionals will be available each month to answer any questions you may have.  So whether you're doing great or facing some challenges, please join us.
